Day by day Itinerary

Day 1
Trogir

You will be transferred from Split airport to the Trogir port. Embarkation starts at 14:00h. Get settled in your cabin before attending a Welcome reception followed by dinner this evening. (D)

Day 2
Trogir - Šibenik - Krka NP - Šibenik

Depart from Trogir early in the morning towards Šibenik with a swim stop in one of the pristine bays. Time to relax and have lunch onboard. After lunch disembark in Šibenik and continue by bus to visit Krka National Park. It’s magnificent waterfalls, including the famous waterfall Skradinski Buk, are one of Croatia’s most famous sights. After the sightseeing tour, we will return to Šibenik, a city of exceptional history and rich cultural heritage. Set out on a walking tour of Šibenik historical centre and visit one of the most beautiful Renaissance cathedrals on the Adriatic. Your evening is at leisure in town. (B, L)

Day 3
Šibenik - Galešnjak - Zadar

Leaving Šibenik early in the morning, we set sail for Galešnjak, a famous heart-shaped Croatian island, where you can enjoy a swim stop in one of the secluded bays. Enjoy lunch while we cruise into Zadar Port in the afternoon. Set out on a walking tour of Zadar historical centre and admire the old walls and Port Gate built in the 16th century. Visit the Square of the Five Wells, Church of St Donatus, Roman Forum and the largest cathedral in Dalmatia, St Anastasia. If there is a breeze, enjoy the sea organ, an amazing sound art installation. Overnight in Zadar. (B, L)

Day 4
Zadar - Sali – Telašćica Nature Park

This morning our first stop is Sali, a tourist and fishing town on the island Dugi Otok (Long island) and the closest town to Telaščica Nature Park and the Kornati National Park. We continue sailing towards t Telaščica Nature Park and will enjoy lunch onboard and a swim stop. On arrival we will visit the Nature Park, which, due to its distinct beauty, wealth and importance, along with 6 islets within the bay of Telaščica itself, was declared a nature park in 1988. Free time to explore the white cliffs and lakes. In the evening enjoy Captain’s dinner on board and overnight in Telašćica Nature Park. (B, L, D)

Day 5
Telašćica Nature Park - Kornati National Park - Primošten

In the morning we will continue towards National Park Kornati, comprised of 89 unforgettable islands, islets and reefs. The Kornati National Park is described as a "nautical paradise” with its rich marine eco-system. Afterwards continue to Primošten with a stop along the way for a swim and relaxing. Lunch is on board. Primošten is a small, picturesque town situated between Šibenik and Trogir. Your evening is at leisure in town. Overnight in Primošten. (B, L)

Day 6
Primošten - Stari Grad - Hvar - Stari Grad

Leaving Primošten in the morning and sailing towards Stari Grad on the Island of Hvar, swim stop and lunch on board. Stari Grad is one of the oldest towns in Europe with many friendly and affordable conobas and restaurants in the backstreets of the old town. The Stari Grad Plain and the old town center of Stari Grad have been listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Upon arrival to Stari Grad we will take the bus to the town of Hvar for a sightseeing tour. You will see many historical sites, such as St Stephen’s Square and Cathedral, the Arsenal with the theatre built on its first floor, the first municipal theatre in Europe. Above the town is the impressive fortress Fortica offering magnificent views over the bay and Pakleni islands. In the evening, arrival by bus to the boat in Stari Grad. Overnight in Stari Grad. Day 7
Stari Grad - Split - Trogir

In the morning, we set sail to Split with a stop along the way to swim, cool off and relax followed by lunch on board. Upon arrival join a guided tour of Split, visit the seafront promenade and Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. The historical center of the city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Walk through the basement of the palace filled with market stalls and experience the historic architecture of this beautiful palace. See the remains of Split's Roman heritage, as well as its Renaissance and Gothic structures, the Temple of Jupiter, the Peristyle and many other unique places. After visiting Split set sail to the UNESCO-listed city of Trogir. Trogir is often referred to as a ‘Mini-Venice’ or ‘Mini-Dubrovnik’ because of its ancient walls, as well as an ‘open-air museum’ due to its masterful architecture and Venetian palaces. Your time here is free to explore on your own. Overnight in Trogir. (B, L)

Day 8
Trogir - Plitvice Lakes NP - Opatija

After breakfast it’s time to disembark and bid our crew farewell. We journey north to visit to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In Plitvice, we walk around several of the lower lakes. The Park is a natural wonder with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by wooded mountains and lush vegetation. After our visit we continue to Opatija where upon arrival dinner will be served at our hotel. (B, D)

Day 9
Opatija - Postojna - Venice

After breakfast, we travel to Slovenia and visit the unique and beautiful Postojna Cave, one of the largest caves in Europe. We tour this wondrous subterranean world by miniature electric train. Later continue to Venice, upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure until you gather for a Welcome Dinner with your Tour Director and travelling companions. (B, D)

Day 10
Venice

Today we begin exploring Venice with a boat ride to Murano Island, famous for its artistic glassware. Visit a glassblowing factory, where you will watch a demonstration of traditional Venetian glassblowing by master craftsmen. Then on to St Mark’s Square for a walking tour, viewing the St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace, and enjoying views of the Bell Tower and Bridge of Sighs. The balance of the day is at leisure to enjoy Venice at your own pace, shop, or join an optional gondola ride. (B)

Venice

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 10 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserve the right to disembark guests. Most arrival times in port are in the late afternoon.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival.

It is highly recommended that clients take comprehensive travel insurance including against cancellation of reserved services.

Disclaimer
Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
