6 days / 5 nights

A True Italian Cooking Experience – Spend time in the real Italy, not the tourist trail

Small Groups Personalised Attention
Cooking school – La Cucina sotto l’arco (The kitchen under the arch) – is situated in a old donkey stable in the Centro Storico of the ancient village of Vittorito. 2 hours east of Rome and 45 minutes from the golden beaches of the Adriatic in the Province of L’Aquila. Chefs Ezio and Maria cook with passion as only Italians can.
They both speak English and will guide you through the ancient cooking processes still used in this historic area. Some of the locals will come into the kitchen to teach their specialties. This cooking school is hands on, you will have flour on the end of your nose.
