Day 1, Wednesday:  Zagreb

Upon arrival at Zagreb Airport, transfer to hotel. Meet the tour guide, dinner and overnight. (D)

Day 2, Thursday:  Zagreb – Plitvice

Morning city tour of Zagreb, includes the fortified Upper Town, city’s historical centre, St Mark’s Church with its multicoloured roof, the Cathedral, Croatian National Theatre and University. After the city tour drive to Plitvice, tour the Plitvice Lakes National Park on the UNESCO’s List of World Natural Heritage. Sixteen lakes, each at a different level, are joined in a series of cascading waterfalls. Surrounded by dense wood Plitvice Lakes are a natural phenomenon of a rare and unique beauty. Dinner and overnight in Plitvice. (B, D)

Day 3, Friday:  Plitvice – Trogir – Split

Morning departure for Trogir where we visit the Cathedral of St Lawrence. Continuation to Split for a city tour including the Diocletian’s Palace – on the UNESCO’s List of World Cultural Heritage with Peristyle, Jupiter’s Temple and the Cathedral. Dinner and overnight in Split. (B, D)

Day 4, Saturday:  Split – Dubrovnik

After breakfast, depart for Dubrovnik. Sightseeing tour of Dubrovnik included in the UNESCO’s List of World Cultural Heritage. You will visit the Franciscan Monastery with Europe’s third oldest pharmacy, the Rector’s Palace and the Cathedral. Dinner and overnight in Dubrovnik. (B, D)

Day 5, Sunday:  Dubrovnik

After breakfast, the land tour ends with a transfer to Dubrovnik port to join your vessel for the cruise of the Southern Adriatic. The vessel will be available for check in from 1.00pm. You may want to use this afternoon to further explore and perhaps wine in dine in style in the romantic setting of the Pearl of the Adriatic. Dinner and overnight onboard. (B, D)

Day 6, Monday:  Dubrovnik – Mljet

After breakfast we continue our journey towards the island and national park Mljet. Lunch on board. The whole afternoon is free to enjoy the salt lakes in the National Park and enjoy the sun and sea on this peaceful island.  In the middle of the large lake, inside the National park, one can visit an old abbey and church, or just use a small boat to roam around the National park. Bicycles can also be hired to cycle around the paths that surround the lakes. Overnight in port Polača/Pomena (B, L)

Day 7, Tuesday:  Mljet – Korčula 

During breakfast departure for Korčula, the birthplace of MARCO POLO. Lunch on board in front of Lumbarda (part of Korčula). Arrive in  Korčula in the afternoon where everyone is free to do their own sightseeing. On this island you can find more legends, tales and monuments than anywhere else. Listen to the story of the stone walls, which took over two centuries to build. Overnight in port. (B, L)

Day 8, Wednesday:  Korčula – Hvar 

Early in the morning we depart towards the little island Šćedro where we will have enough time to relax and refresh in the clean, crystal blue sea. Departure for Hvar after lunch. Hvar is the longest island in the Adriatic. Here we can find the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower; also the oldest community theatre in Europe was founded here in 1612. City of Hvar offers plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes that are open long into the night. Hvar is often referred to as the sunshine island (B, L)

Day 9, Thursday:  Hvar – Trstenik 

We have to leave Hvar and continue our cruise towards the little town of Trstenik on Pelješac peninsula, where we will swim in the afternoon and spend the night. Lunch on board. TRSTENIK, a village and harbour in the central part of the southern coast of the island of Pelješac; population 106. Chief occupations include farming, viniculture (the famous Dingač wine), fishing and tourism. The coastline along the town and the neighbouring inlets is covered by pine groves, offering fine ambience for swimming. The famous Grgić winery is situated here – have a walk and taste some of their lovely wine! (B, L)

Day 10, Friday:  Trstenik – Šipan   

Early in the morning we continue our trip towards the Elafiti islands. ELAFITI are a group of islands placed in the Adriatic Sea west of Dubrovnik. They include Šipan, Lopud and Koločep (Kalamota). They attract many tourists with their beautiful scenery and sandy beaches. Swimming and lunch is planned at one of the smaller Elafiti islands. ŠIPAN, the largest island of the Elafiti, is also the most distant from Dubrovnik. This is where we will spend the night (B, L)

Day 11, Saturday:  Šipan – Dubrovnik

Early departure for Dubrovnik with breakfast on route. Enjoy the beautiful sights of nature along the way towards “the heaven on earth” – according to the famous writer George Bernard Shaw. Lunch on board and arrival to Dubrovnik early in the afternoon (around 2pm) and have a whole afternoon free to explore Dubrovnik or go for a swim or simply join an optional bus excursion to Montenegro. You can explore Dubrovnik on your own or join our guided tour of Dubrovnik with an English speaking guide. Take a walk through STRADUN – both a street and a square, a promenade inside the city walls. For those of you with more enthusiasm we recommend a walk on top of the 1940m long city walls! Overnight in the GRUŽ port of this magical town. (B, L)

Day 12, Sunday:  Dubrovnik

After early breakfast we say goodbye to our vessel as we are transferred to Dubrovnik airport for your outbound journey. (B)
