CRUISE ITINERARY

Day 1, Sunday: Trogir – Split

Board your boat in Trogir this morning for your cruise of a lifetime, setting sail for Split. You can join an optional guided tour of Split with an English speaking guide, or wander through the ancient streets and explore the markets. Split is a monument city under UNESCO protection. Here we find an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is the Diocletian palace. (L)

Day 2, Monday: Split – Hvar – Vis

During breakfast we set sail for the town of Hvar. Spend the morning exploring the town. Visit the imposing fort on the hilltop with a view over the sea. Return to the boat for lunch. Continue on to Vis, a picturesque fishing village on the western shore of Vis Island. Vis was closed to tourists for many years due to its strategic geographical position for the navy. As a result, it is still fairly untouched and has a special charm of ‘the Mediterranean as it once was’. On arrival, take an optional guided excursion to the Blue Cave on the tiny island of Biševo (weather permitting). Between 9am and 5pm, the sun’s rays pass through an underwater opening, illuminating the cave in a luminous blue light. A once in a lifetime experience. (B, L)

Day 3, Tuesday: Vis – Korčula

Early breakfast this morning, we depart for Korčula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. Enjoy a swim in a peaceful cove along the way (weather permitting) and then lunch on board, and arrive in Korčula in the afternoon. Spend time wandering the narrow streets. Visit the house where Marco Polo was born. Here you will find more legends, tales and monuments than anywhere else. (B, L)

Day 4, Wednesday: Korčula – Elaphiti Islands – Dubrovnik

Early this morning we continue our trip to the Elaphiti Islands, with their beautiful scenery and long, sandy beaches. After enjoying some time swimming, we continue on to Dubrovnik, arriving in the early afternoon. Free time to explore this beautiful city. (B, L)

Day 5, Thursday: Dubrovnik – Pomena

Today we continue on to the island of Mljet and the town of Pomena. Once merely a small pier for fishing boats of the fishermen from Govedari, Pomena is today the tourist centre of the island of Mljet with its 100km2 National Park. Visit the salt water lakes – one warm and the other cold – and spend time exploring this beautiful nature reserve (optional). (B, L)

Day 6, Friday: Pomena – Pučišća

Today we sail to Pučišća on the island of Brač, located at the bottom of a deep bay which splits into two smaller bays. The white buildings create a beautiful ambient atmosphere.  Stone from this town was used to build the Whitehouse in Washington DC, amongst other famous buildings all over the world. (B, L)

Day 7, Saturday: Pučišća – Omiš – Trogir

Well known as an ancient pirate stronghold, Omiš is a picturesque town surrounded by steep rocky mountain cliffs where the Cetina River flows to the Adriatic. Spend the morning exploring the town. Take an optional excursion and experience white water rafting on the Cetina River. Alternatively, climb to the old fortress above the town, play volleyball on the beach or simply take a walk through the old town of Omiš. After lunch, we continue on to Trogir. Tonight, beware of the pirates! Bring along your best pirate outfit for a fun evening onboard. (B, D)

Day 8, Sunday: Trogir

Early breakfast after which it is time to say farewell to the crew and all your new friends. (B)
